By purchasing from the Spark SMP Store, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms described on this page.

Purchases

All purchases are delivered to the Minecraft username entered during checkout. Please make sure that your username is correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds and chargebacks

Purchases are generally final once the purchased content has been delivered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restrictions being applied to the associated Minecraft account.

Server rules

Purchasing an item does not exempt a player from following the server rules. Players may still receive warnings, suspensions or permanent bans when the rules are broken.
